For Current Maryland Licensees we also offer selected Continuing Education Courses at additional locations on an intermittent basis throughout the State. Limited seating is available so advance registration is necessary. Classes may also be cancelled due to lack of enrollment.

Locations: We also offer classes on an intermittent basis at the locations below. Please take note of the location where the class will be given on the date you schedule.

Instructions: Late arrivals will NOT be admitted for CE credit. Please allow plenty of time for traffic and parking. You must contact us a minimum of five (5) days in advance of a class to reschedule and/or cancel and receive a refund ($10 processing fee applies for refunds).

Cost: 3 hour credit classes $30;
1.5 hour credit classes $15

IF YOUR MARYLAND LICENSE EXPIRES ON OR AFTER 10/2/08, HOURS NEEDED ARE:

Residential, (ALL MARYLAND LICENSEES)	15 hours which must include 3.0 legislative, 1.5 fair housing, 3.0 ethics
Licensees with a graduate degree in law or real estate from an accredited college or university (must supply documentation at audit)	7.5 hours (3.0 legislative, 1.5 fair housing, 3.0 ethics)

Legislative topic (a) fair housing topic (c), and ethics topic (d) are required Maryland courses. The ethics course must include MD Code of Ethics, Flipping and Predatory Lending.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
An applicant for renewal of any REAL ESTATE BROKER, ASSOCIATE BROKER OR PROPERTY MANAGER license which is expiring on February 28, 2009 or REAL ESTATE SALESPERSONS license expiring on August 31, 2009, must submit proof of completing 15 hours of approved continuing education credit in the following subjects:

	DC Fair Housing and Predatory Lending Update		3 hours
	DC Legislative Update and Landlord-Tenant Rights		3 hours
	DC Ethics Update		3 hours
	General Electives		6 hours
